





Benjamin Scott Terry - PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Terry is a former Naval Aviator with nearly 25 years experience in the aviation industry. Prior to forming Orion Air Group, LLC in 2007, Mr. Terry was the Director of Special Mission Aircraft Sales for Bombardier Aerospace where he was responsible for more than $500 million in aircraft and service sales – primarily for ISR aircraft.
John George Gulbin, III - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Gulbin is a licensed CPA with more than twenty years of aviation finance experience. Mr. Gulbin was the Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers aircraft finance group prior to joining Orion as a partner and CFO.
Robert W. Shaw - VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Shaw has been with Orion since its inception and provides an expertise in special mission aircraft operations and modification. Prior to Orion, Mr. Shaw was an executive at Flight International, Inc. where he managed special mission Learjet and Metro III operations for nearly 20 years. Mr. Shaw is a former US Naval Flight Officer where he completed one of the first operational tours of the F-14 Tomcat.
Sheldon K. Early - VICE PRESIDENT, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Mr. Early has more than 25 years of direct experience in the design, modification and support of aircraft in both the corporate and military sectors. Mr. Early was employed as Vice President of Marketing and Government Programs at Stevens Aviation (Greenville, SC), one of the largest MRO organizations in the US, where he led the company’s successful entry into the government contracting business.
For the past 10 years, Mr. Early has been serving as President of Early Technologies and Services (ET&S), Inc., an aviation consulting company specializing in business development in the corporate and government aviation markets.
John K. Price - CHIEF PILOT
Captain Price is retired from the US Navy with more than 3,000 flight hours in the F-14, A-4, and F-16N. Captain Price’s experience includes working as a Boeing 727 Captain flying international routes, then transitioned to business aviation as a Captain at Carnival Cruise Lines where he flew their Boeing 727 and Bombardier Global Express. After his time at Carnival he then joined the Washington Redskins as their Chief Pilot and Director of Aviation where he flew the Bombardier Global Express and Learjet 45XR.
As Orion’s Chief Pilot, Captain Price is responsible for managing the pilots and maintenance personnel as well as all operational aspects of flight operations.
Vince Macri - PROGRAM MANAGER
Vince Macri has extensive experience in managing special mission aircraft modification and integration programs. While at ATK, he was in charge of the initial steps of the integration of the PC12 Multi-Role Enforcement Aircraft (MEA) and DHC-8 Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) programs also flying with US Customs.
He holds a diploma in Aviation Technology from the Italian Air Force Academy. In the US, he worked as a Diagnostics Engineer specializing in gas turbine industrial applications.
